Welcome to Hoegger Family Farms, where faith, family, and fresh milk come first. What started as a small family dream has grown into a daily rhythm of caring for cows, raising kids, and serving our community one bottle at a time.

We’re the Hoeggers — a family rooted in tradition and driven by passion. Blake is a fourth-generation dairy farmer, continuing the legacy of those who came before him, and together we’re raising the next generation to love and respect this way of life just as much. From early mornings mixing bottles for calves to evenings bottling milk as a family, every part of what we do is hands-on, heartfelt, and homegrown.

Our farm is nestled in Scotland, Texas, just outside Wichita Falls. We’re proud to offer Grade A raw milk straight from our Jersey cows — milk that’s rich, creamy, and full of flavor. We are licensed by the State of Texas and take great pride in meeting and exceeding all requirements for producing and bottling safe, high-quality dairy products.

You’ll find our Grade A raw milk and other farm-fresh products in our self-serve honor-system farm store and through our weekly pre-orders in Burkburnett and Wichita Falls.

Our love for dairy doesn’t stop at the barn — it extends to the show ring. Our family has a deep passion for showing cattle, and it’s something that brings us together through hard work, friendly competition, and unforgettable memories. Watching our kids grow up with these animals, learning responsibility, and building lifelong friendships is one of the most rewarding parts of farm life.

What makes our farm special isn’t just what we sell — it’s how we do it. We believe in transparency, community, and the simple joy of knowing exactly where your food comes from.

And we’re not done yet. We’re building a new on-farm processing plant that will let us make pasteurized milk, yogurt, and cheese right here where it all starts. It’s our way of keeping things small, local, and personal — while opening the door to something even bigger for our community.
